Intensive Training Program

The Intensive Training Program (ITP) provides an accelerated, specialized training environment for passionate dancers ready to take their training further. Designed for students who demonstrate the ability and commitment required for focused study, the program emphasizes technical development, artistry, and performance in classical ballet and related disciplines.

Throughout the year, ITP students have opportunities to perform in competitions, festivals, and community events, gaining valuable experience both on and off the stage. These experiences challenge dancers to grow as artists and develop the skills needed for continued study and future opportunities in the performing arts.

ITP alumni have gone on to pursue careers on Broadway, at Rainbow Stage, and with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, among others. Many have continued their dance education with leading organizations and institutions including Arts Umbrella, Goh Ballet, Alberta Ballet, Boston Conservatory, and the School of Contemporary Dancers.
