Board of Directors

The Royal Winnipeg Ballet's Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, governance, and stewardship of the organization. Board members contribute diverse professional expertise and community perspectives to help ensure the long-term success and sustainability of Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet.

Executive Leadership

RWB’s Executive Leadership sets the artistic and organizational direction of RWB. Together, the Artistic Director and Executive Director shape the vision, priorities and long-term direction of the organization, working with the Board and teams across RWB to move that vision forward.

Leadership

The leadership team guides the artistic, educational, operational, and financial direction of the organization. Working collaboratively across departments, they support the delivery of exceptional artistic experiences, meaningful educational opportunities, and strong community engagement.
