For over 50 years, the RWB School has developed a distinctive curriculum that builds versatile, internationally competitive artists through strong technique and a commitment to gradual, comprehensive training.
Students receive intensive ballet and pointe training, with advanced study in pas de deux and variations, alongside character and modern dance. Additional classes in conditioning, music, drama, repertoire, improvisation, choreography, dance history, visual art, strength training, and Pilates create a well-rounded education.
Partnerships with respected local private schools further support students’ academic development, while the RWB Student Living Centre provides a safe, supportive environment for those living away from home, with programming in nutrition and peer relationships to support life in an intensive training environment.

How to Apply
Phase One: Audition
The first step in applying for the RWB Professional Division is to choose the audition option that works best for you.
In-Person Auditions
Attend an audition class led by members of the RWB School artistic faculty. In-person auditions provide an opportunity to experience our teaching style firsthand while allowing our faculty to assess your technique, artistry, musicality, and potential.
Virtual Auditions
Unable to attend in person? Join us from anywhere in the world through a live virtual audition led by our artistic faculty.

Video Auditions
Submit a video audition at any time before June 1, 2027. This flexible option allows dancers to audition on their own schedule from anywhere in the world.
Phase Two: Summer Session
Students who make it to the second round of auditions for the Ballet Academic Program will attend the three-week Summer Session on our campus.
This immersive training experience gives dancers the opportunity to experience our faculty, curriculum, and community firsthand while allowing our artistic team to assess each student’s readiness for full-time training.
