The best way to purchase RWB tickets is directly through our official channels. This ensures your tickets are valid, supported, and eligible for all RWB exchange policies and customer service.

We are not affiliated with third-party ticket resellers, and tickets purchased elsewhere may not be valid or supported.

We are committed to making ballet accessible to a wide range of audiences with:

• Select discounted pricing available for children, teens, and young adults
• Special pricing on select performances and events
• Group discounts available for eligible bookings

Group Tickets (10+ people)

Groups of 10 or more qualify for savings on select performances:

• 25% off adult tickets in Sections A–D
• Automatically applied online when eligibility requirements are met
• Special group rates may be available for select matinee performances

Access Pointe Program (18–34)

A dedicated program for younger audiences:

• Discounted tickets in select sections
• Early access to select performances
• Up to four tickets per account at the discounted rate

We offer flexible ticket delivery options for your convenience:

• Mobile tickets are sent 5 days before the performance
• Physical tickets are mailed approximately 2 weeks in advance
• Box Office pickup is available starting 1 hour before showtime at the venue

We understand plans change.

• Ticket exchanges are available for eligible purchases (subscriber benefits apply where applicable)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are not offered on tickets

• Mailed or picked up
• Redeemed toward any performance or subscription

• Please silence electronic devices during performances
• Photography and recording are not permitted during performances
