Summer Dance Day Camp
Summer Dance Day Camp is a brand-new program for children ages 5 to 10 (going into kindergarten to grade 5 in September 2024) hosted by Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet offered in two week-long sessions.
Campers will enjoy classes in a variety of dance disciplines such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and musical theatre under the guidance of world-renowned RWB School artistic faculty. They will also have opportunities to learn different choreography, do arts and crafts, play games, and enjoy other fun activities at the RWB’s beautiful and accessible downtown campus. In addition to picking up some sweet new moves, campers will improve their coordination, spatial awareness, motor and listening skills, and independence, all while having fun and making new friends in a positive and safe environment.
Whether this is their first introduction to dance or they’ve been moving and grooving for a few years, Summer Dance Day Camp has something for everyone. Join us this summer for a week-long celebration of imagination, movement, and the power of play!

Classes run from 9:00 am-4:00 pm daily. Camper drop-off begins at 8:30 am and pick-up goes until 5:00 pm. Campers are asked to bring their own nut-free lunches, snacks, and drinks for the day.
