Our aim is to make your ticket purchasing experience as seamless as possible. Please read below for information on buying RWB tickets, refunds and exchanges, group rates, our Access Pointe program and more.

Ticket Prices

We are committed to offering accessible price points for all our patrons and proud to offer children and teen pricing for all our mainstage performances, so you can enjoy live performing arts at the best price. We offer our patrons a personal experience through our in-house box office team. If you have any questions please contact them directly.

Unofficial Ticket Sellers

To secure a valid ticket for an RWB performance and a hassle-free purchasing experience, buy directly from us. We are not affiliated with any third-party ticket selling sites, so tickets purchased through those sites may not be valid and will not be covered under our exchange policy. Additionally, you will only receive important communications about the performance if the transaction originates from the RWB.

Ways to Save on Tickets

Group Sales

If you are purchasing 10 or more tickets in sections A – D for any performance you are eligible for a 20% group discount. Please contact the Box Office at customerservice@rwb.org or 204-956-2792 directly to redeem your savings!

Access Pointe Program

Ticket buyers between the ages of 18-34 can grab great seats for a great price through the RWB Access Pointe Program. You will be automatically enrolled in the program upon registering for an account with us online with a birthdate that validates your eligibility.

Here are some benefits of membership:

Access Pointe discount are released four weeks before opening night

Access Pointe Members enjoy a discount on Section C seats ($55 instead of the regular $79 price)
Further discounts are available in Sections D and E, and we have expanded our inventory in those sections so more patrons can enjoy them
Access Pointe members can purchase up to four tickets at the discounted price for friends and family – regardless of their age.

Gift Certificates

RWB Gift Certificates are the perfect way to surprise the dance enthusiast in your life. They are available for pickup or can be sent by mail in whatever amount you choose.

Ticket, Refunds & Details

RWB is not responsible for tickets purchased through a third party.

No refunds.

Ticket price includes Box Office and theatre fees as applicable.

Purchaser is responsible for checking the date, time and venue location on this ticket.

We welcome children who are old enough to enjoy the RWB’s performances. Children are considered 12 and under. Children under three years old are not permitted (with the exception of dance recitals at the Centennial Concert Hall). All patrons, including children, must have a ticket to enter the theatre; children must be seated beside an accompanying adult and must not disrupt the performance for other patrons.

Casting changes may occur without notice.

Cameras & Filming

Please silence all electronic devices. The use of cameras and recording devices is prohibited during all performances.

RWB reserves the right to film within the theatre, including audiences. Your entry onto the premises constitutes your understanding that photographs and video may be taken and you grant your consent and permission to use any photos or video that may contain your image in all types of promotions.

Code of Conduct

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.

In consideration of patrons with allergies and/or chemical sensitivities, all RWB performances are scent free. Please refrain from using scented personal products.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person causing a disturbance to the theatre and to take appropriate action to enforce this right.
