Bio
Park Long joined the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Company in 2019 as an Apprentice and was promoted to the Corps de Ballet in 2020. Prior to joining the RWB, they performed with the Studio Company of Colorado Ballet in the 2018-2019 season.
During their time at Colorado Ballet, Park danced roles such as Munchkin, Yellow Brick Roadie, and Emerald City Poser in The Wizard of Oz, as well as Carabosse Attendant in The Sleeping Beauty. Notable roles include Siegfried and Jester in Swan Lake, Papageno in The Magic Flute, and The Shadow in Peter Pan. They also performed as a guest artist with Colorado Ballet Academy in 2019, dancing Albrecht in Giselle, their favorite role to date.
Born in Colorado, Park began dancing at the age of four at the Colorado Conservatory of Dance and later trained in the Pre-Professional Division at Colorado Ballet Academy. In 2018, they were invited to attend the Royal Ballet School at Covent Garden, where they received the Certificate of Achievement.
Outside of ballet, Park loves playing and spending time with their cat, Soju.
