Ms Bale received her classical ballet training in Regina, SK with Brazilian pedagogue Ana Maria Campos at the Conservatory of Music and Dance. She attended various esteemed programs/schools such as the Quinte Ballet School and the Banff Centre for the Arts. She was accepted into the RWB School’s Professional Division Teacher Training Program where she graduated with Distinction in 2000. Ms. Bale holds her Licentiate with the Cecchetti Society of Canada (CSC) and is a committee member of the Manitoba branch of the CSC. She is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and holds her Advanced 2 certificate.

Ms Bale has taught at the Conservatory of Music and Dance (Regina), 5678 Dance Studio (Kingston, ON), Queen’s University Dance Club (Kingston, ON) and at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s Recreational and Professional Divisions. Ms Bale has sat as a jury member for the Professional Division’s First Steps Choreographic Competition and has performed professionally in RWB’s Swan Lake as the Queen Mother. She has adjudicated at the Southeastern Festival for Music and Dance and has sat on the board for the Alliance for Arts Education in Manitoba. Many of her students have been accepted into renowned professional training schools across the country and abroad.

Ms. Bale was Principal of the RWB School’s Recreational Division for over 10 years prior to starting a family and looks forward to continuing her teaching within the Recreational Division.
