The Aspirant Program is a full-time, intensive, post-secondary training program designed for advanced level classical ballet dancers who are making the transition from student to professional dancer. The Aspirant Program provides students with many advantages, including close, daily contact with the world renowned RWB Company. Aspirants attend Company class and have the opportunity to be cast in its full-length classical ballet productions.

Aspirants take specially designed classes in ballet and pointe technique, modern and classical variations, Spanish dance, and learn new repertoire and repertoire drawn from the upcoming RWB Company season.
Aspirants also participate in a wide variety of local productions and performances with organizations such as the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, and enjoy the rich experience of working with both new and established choreographers and guest teachers. They may also gain experience performing in various media productions, such as videos and films.
