“Sophia Lee, with her majestic développé, lovely port de bras and serene hauteur, was superb as the Lilac Fairy.” Ottawa Citizen, 2013
“The charismatic Sophia Lee … owns the stage every time she appears. This rising star imbued her benevolent Lilac Fairy with natural grace and sophistication, with her gorgeous port de bras and strongly lyrical lines particularly during her Act I solo variation evoking a young Karen Kain.” Holly Harris, Winnipeg Free Press, 2013
“Svengali's three-women entourage (Emily Grizzel, Yayoi Ezawa and Sophia Lee), dance with just the right amount of sensuous precision.” Robert Enright, CBC, 2011
