Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB) is delighted to announce that Kate Fennell has been appointed School Director of Operations. The RWB School, well-known across Canada and around the globe for providing the highest calibre of classical ballet training to dancers and dance educators, welcomes Fennell in this leadership position.  Said RWB School Director Arlene Minkhorst,  “Kate Fennell is a vibrant, intelligent and inspiring woman and she brings a wealth of experience and talent to the RWB School.
